As their agent, we undergo rigid inspections on a quarterly or yearly basis. Some of the inspections that we must pass are:

Warehouse Inspection

All warehouses are inspected to make certain that they meet or exceed Atlas' standards, including up-to-date fire and burglar alarms, sprinkler systems, cleanliness, and adherence to local codes in their respective communities.

Documentation & Inspection

All trucks and trailers undergo strict compliance. Appearance must meet or exceed Atlas' requirements, and vehicles must be identified as part of Atlas Van Lines fleet.

Proper Documentation & Background Check

All employees, including drivers, helpers, packers, salesmen, and agency personnel, must pass screening processes. They are subject to random drug screens in order to assure a safe working environment for all of our staff and customers.

Uniform Compliance

As professionals adhering to the standards set by our affiliate company, we maintain a proper dress code. All drivers and helpers are to be in Atlas-approved uniforms.

Code of Ethics

All Atlas agencies must adhere to a Code of Ethics promising to operate their business in an honest, straightforward manner. All complaints alleging otherwise are investigated by Atlas Van Lines.
